A. General steps include:
1. Story planners come out with ideas during creative stage. Followed by pitching to the promotions team.
2. Once the idea is accepted, the creative team with scriptwriters is formed and an Executive Producer is assigned.
3. Casting stage.
4. First draft of script is out. The Directors will be involved in discussion of the script.
5. Executive Producer will have the first round of meeting with departments like designer, costume designers, make up, etc.
6. Meeting with artistes to let them know their role.
7. Production takes place. Normally up to 2.5 months.
8. Lastly, the editing, music and effects happens after the filming. Takes up to 2.0 months.
